The Records Division is the information link between the Police Department and outside agencies. Trained records assistants are responsible for data entry into all of the police departments' databases. Records assistants are also the Police Department's customer service ambassadors as they assist residents with requests for documents, paying traffic fines, and inquiries into other police department services.
The records section is staffed by four records assistants and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Records Department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please call (630) 671-4000 for more information.
