Map Notes

Address Map Notes
Many streets within the Village of Roselle have prefixes such as East (E.) or West (W.). These prefixes apply to any street that exists both east and west of Roselle Road. These streets have a prefix of "E" or "East" when east of Roselle Road and a prefix of "W" or "West" when west of Roselle Road. Streets that do not exist on both sides of Roselle Road do not have prefixes. For instance, properties along Foster Avenue do not have a prefix because Foster Avenue only exists east of Roselle Road; in other words, there is no W. Foster Avenue so there is no need for an E. Foster Avenue.

In addition, many streets within the Village have prefixes such as North (N.) or South (S.). These prefixes apply to any street that exists both north and south of Central Avenue west of Roselle Road, both north and south of Main Street between Roselle Road and Park Street, both north and south of Irving Park Road between Park Street and Lawrence Avenue, and both north and south of Lawrence Avenue east of Irving Park Road. Streets that do not exist on both sides of any of these segments do not have prefixes. For instance, properties along West End Road do not have a prefix because West End Road only exists south of Central Avenue; in other words, there is no N. West End Road so there is no need for a S. West End Road.

Official Zoning Map Notes
A "PUD" is supplemental to the underlying zoning and stands for "Planned Unit Development." Thus, the zoning of the property at 474 Congress Circle is not "PUD" but "M PUD."
