The Community Development Department provides professional services related building permits, construction, building safety, code enforcement, planning and zoning, economic development and comprehensive community planning.
The Village Board officially adopted the updated Comprehensive Plan at the August 22, 2016, Board meeting. This plan will be used for the next decade
to guide policy that leads to real economic development opportunities
and identifies development that works for specific areas through
