Roselle Restaurant Rewards Program Form

Roselle residents can receive a reward for ordering food from participating Roselle restaurants! Individual residential water account holders are eligible to receive a one-time credit of $25 on a future water bill following submission and review of receipts totaling $100 from local food and beverage establishments. So dine in, carry out, or order food for delivery - and save those receipts dated between March 1 and May 31, 2021 - to earn a $25 water bill credit. The deadline to submit forms and receipts is June 15, 2021.

To participate, fill out the Roselle Restaurant Rewards Program Form completely and submit it along with physical, original receipts totaling a combined $100 (not including gratuity) spent at participating restaurants to the Roselle Finance Department at Village Hall, 31 S. Prospect Street. Submissions can be made by mail, using the payment drop box in the circle drive in front of Village Hall, or in person. Please submit the form and receipts in an envelope clearly marked "Roselle Restaurant Rewards Program". 

Only items subject to local eating establishment tax will be eligible for this program, and reward credits will only be issued to individual residential water accounts. Questions about this program can be emailed to Management Analyst Brian Joanis at bjoanis@roselle.il.us.
