Approve the 11th partial payment for the Botterman Digesters and Belt Filter Press Upgrades Project to Joseph J. Henderson & Son, Inc. in the amount of $234,171.78.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract between the Village of Roselle and S.B. Friedman & Company for an amount not to exceed $35,800 for the evaluation of eligibility and to identify an optimal boundary for a potential TIF District, and, if eligible, to establish a redevelopment project area plan, project document, and budget for the E. Irving Park Road corridor.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to sign an addendum to the services agreement dated June 10, 2014 between the Village of Roselle and Prescient Solutions for ongoing professional information technology services.

Adopt a resolution waiving the Village's competitive bidding process (sole source purchase) and authorize the purchase of 3 Lucas Chest Compression Systems and associated supplies from Physio-Control at a cost not to exceed $33,248.00.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interagency Professional Services Agreement between the Village of Roselle and DuPage County Health Department for behavioral health support services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Project between the Village of Roselle and Tri-R Systems, Inc. for a contract time extension.

Discussion regarding the Jewel Ventura Lift Station Project Permanent Easement and Change Order No. 3.

13.C.

Adopt a resolution accepting dedication of a permanent Municipal Utility Easement for the Jewel Ventura Lift Station Project between the Village of Roselle and JEA Northpoint, LLC.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 3 for the Jewel Ventura Lift Station Project between the Village of Roselle and DiMeo Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $42,300.

Pass an ordinance abating the tax levied for the year 2018 to pay the principal and interest on $2,470,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016A, of the Village of Roselle, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois.
