Pass an ordinance amending Chapter 2 "Administration" of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Roselle by the adoption of Article XVI to be entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Requirements for the Provision and Continuing Provision of Roselle Municipal Utilities for Non-Contiguous Properties Outside the Corporate Boundaries of the Village of Roselle".

10.B.

Pass an ordinance repealing subsection (c) of Section 18-9 "Sidewalk to be Constructed when Building Built" of Chapter 18 "Streets and Sidewalks" Article 1 "General" of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Roselle.

10.C.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of a contract between the Village of Roselle and Telecom Innovations Group for the installation of a Village-wide voice over internet protocol telephone system.

Approve the final payment to Patnick Construction for the 2018 Watermain Replacement Project in the amount of $45,749.69.

13.C.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement between the Village of Roselle and Robinson Engineering, Ltd. for Municipal Engineering Professional Services.

13.D.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of a Task Order between the Village of Roselle and Robinson Engineering, Ltd. for Geographical Information Services (GIS) Professional Services.

Finance - Trustee Heather Pransky

14.A.

Pass an ordinance to amend Article VI, Municipal Parking Lots, of Chapter 18, Streets and Sidewalks of the Village Code of Ordinances to increase the permit parking fees for the North and South lots at the Roselle Metra Station.
