Proposed Rodenburg Road Subdivision Annexation Documents Available

The Village has received an application for a single-family subdivision and re-zoning from OR Office Research District (DuPage County) to R-2 Single Family Residence District on property commonly known as 7N601 Rodenburg Road. The property is currently located in Unincorporated DuPage County, but the owner has requested to annex the property to the Village of Roselle. 

Due to wetlands located on the property, the petitioner’s engineers prepared a Stormwater Management Report and a Wetland Buffer Permit that were reviewed by DuPage County. For clarity and transparency, the documents are linked here for anyone to view. The plans for the proposed subdivision indicate that there will not be an increase in flooding in the area due to the construction of 7 new homes on the property. These plans have also been reviewed by the Village Engineer and a Third Party Reviewer hired by the Village (Christopher B. Burke Engineering).
