Collaborative Community Visioning Effort in Roselle
Community leaders in Roselle joined forces in 2019 to create the Envision Roselle Task Force to identify a desired long-term future for the community. The group engaged residents, business owners, local not-for-profits, and other stakeholders to find out what their shared goals and important priorities are, and will analyze the data to create a strategy to make them into a reality that shapes Roselle for the next 30 years.

Envision Roselle Task Force Outreach
The public engagement activities for the Envision Roselle initiative were completed over the fall of 2019, and included three focus groups, a community survey, and a community forum.
The Envision Roselle Community Survey ran for four weeks in October and November 2019. The survey had 306 respondents, and the results are available for download here. The task force will meet during the winter and spring of 2020 to analyze the data and finalize a report to the community with recommendations or the future of the Roselle community.
Community Forum November 6
Approximately 120 Stakeholders attended the Envision Roselle Community forum at Lake Park High School West Campus on November 6 to help shape the long-term future of the community. This session was open to all members of the community and employed a keypad voting system that allowed participants to provide real-time feedback. This session provided an opportunity for stakeholders to provide more insight, digging a little deeper than the community survey. A PDF of the results from this forum is available for download here.
