Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the third Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noted. The public may submit a comment or question for Zoning Board of Appeals consideration by leaving a voicemail at (630) 671-2806; by emailing cbricks@roselle.il.us; or by using the Zoning Board of Appeals Public Participation form. Submissions will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on the day of meeting and will be read into the public meeting minutes. Comments will also be accepted by attendees during the meetings. Meetings are live streamed on the Village's YouTube channel.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing variances from the zoning ordinance and appeals from the zoning administrator.
