Overview
The Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) program is the State of Illinois' seller/server training program. The program is an educational and training tool to sellers / servers of alcoholic beverages to serve responsibly and stay within the law. The BASSET Program serves as a preventive measure to discourage over consumption and keep drunk drivers off the roads.

Training
The Roselle Police Department will announce upcoming Beverage Alcohol Sellers & Servers Education Training (BASSET) on this page when information becomes available. Classes typically run from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Program Fees
The fee for this training is $50 per student. If you are the proprietor of a current Village of Roselle Liquor establishment sending an employee, the fee is waived. Students may pay the registration fee at the Finance Department during normal business hours. Finance Department hours are:
- Monday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- Tuesdays Thursday & Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
- Wednesday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm;
- Saturday & Sunday - Closed
