Pay and Classification Study
Voorhees Associates, LLC was retained by the Village of Roselle in 2012 to complete a comprehensive compensation and job classification study of non-union positions which resulted in the development of a formal compensation strategy that is fair, competitive, and fiscally responsible.
Public Works Operations and Service Evaluation
HR Green was retained by the Village of Roselle in 2013 to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its Public Works Department and inspection services operations to provide recommendations that should help the Village improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these operations.
Police Department Operations & Data Analysis Report
The Center for Public Safety Management (CPSM) was retained by the Village of Roselle in 2016 complete an operational analysis of the Roselle Police Department. CPSM’s methodology for its evaluation included a comprehensive data analysis, interviews of the Village Board, focus groups involving community members and sworn/civilian members of the department, and an onsite visit to observe operational and administrative functions.
