Roselle is located in DuPage and Cook Counties in Illinois. It is a western suburb of Chicago located approximately 25 miles from the loop.
Access throughout Chicagoland and to O'Hare Airport is a breeze because of Roselle's close proximity to the major arterials and interstates. I355 and I290 are easily accessed from Lake Street and provide quick connections to the City and other suburbs. Illinois 390 runs right through Roselle with easy access an Roselle Road.
The Elgin O'Hare Western Access Project (I390) will further enhance circulation in the area. The project will improve travel efficiency, provide western access to O'Hare International Airport, enhance air, rail, and trucking connections and reduce congestion. When the improvements are complete, travel time to O'Hare is expected to fall to only 18 minutes.
Metra Commuter Rail riders have convenient access to Metra's Milwaukee District West line from stops in Schaumburg, Roselle and Medinah. They can choose from 29 inbound and 29 outbound trains each weekday as well as efficient weekend service. Trains travel between Elgin, IL and Chicago's Union Station.
A wide network of bicycle trails also link Roselle to the nearby cities of Schaumburg to the north and Bloomingdale to the south, while the North Central DuPage Trail runs through far southeastern portions of Roselle.
Roselle provides a quality of life and sense of community usually only found in a small town. With it's access to world-class shopping, art, sporting venues and entertainment, Roselle has the convenience and attractions of a much larger metropolitan area.
