There are three main commercial zoned in the Village. The Lake Street Corridor comprises the southern border of the Village, the Town Center - our traditional downtown which includes the Irving Park Corridor and Main Street, and the northernmost retail district along Roselle Road / Nerge Corridor. Our Village logo contains three roses. Each one represents one of our commercial areas.

Town Center has WALKABILITY

Situated in the heart of downtown Roselle, the Town Center provides a unique, pedestrian-friendly business setting and is readily accessible to the work forces of adjoining communities.

"Nothing beats having a community event being held right outside our store on Main Street.  During the Taste of Roselle this year, we had 50 to 60 potential new customers walk in our doors in three days.  I was looking for a true community, a place where people will get outside and walk by my store.  Surrounding communities and demographics were also important.  We're a destination store, and we estimate people would drive 20 to 30 minutes to get to us."

"Roselle's Main Street, Town Center is a fantastic central hub for a business like mine."

Roselle/Nerge has ACCESSIBILITY

The  Roselle/Nerge corridor is a convenient shopping destination for residents of three upper-tier communities - Roselle, Schaumburg, and Elk Grove Village.

"Roselle is such a great town, and the Village officials are easy to work with.  This is an area that I always had in mind for my business, and I look forward to providing family entertainment in the community."

"The intersection of Nerge and Plum Grove Roads is close to the expressway and is a gateway to Roselle from Schaumburg and Elk Grove Village."

Lake Street Corridor has VISIBILITY
The Lake Street corridor (US 20) offers visibility along a high-traffic-volume road and provides multi-community exposure.  Commuters use Lake Street daily from Elgin to Chicago, with many accessing both Interstates 355 and 290.

"I'm a Roselle resident, and I knew my business could fill a niche in this community.  The deciding factor for locating here was the Mayor's willingness to work with us on our business ideas.  She was wonderful and very open to writing the ordinance for us to operate our wine and martini bar, where we serve only Lynfred wines and Syn vodka - both local products."

"We're a high-end salon, and this is a high-end community."
