Presentation and approval of Village Board Minutes of December 13, 2021.

8.B.

Approve the release of the Executive Session Minutes of September 13 and December 13, 2010; April 16, November 26, and December 10, 2012; January 6, February 10, May 11, May 26, April 10, November 9, and December 7, 2020; that were previously approved but not released. These minutes have been reviewed and recommended for release by the Village Administrator and the Village Attorney.

Adopt an Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Resolution for Improvements Under the Illinois Highway Code authorizing expenditures totaling $1,200,000 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds in 2022 for the maintenance and improvement of Village streets and right-of-ways.

Adopt an Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Resolution for Improvements Under the Illinois Highway Code authorizing expenditures totaling $900,000 of Rebuild Illinois Funds in 2022 for the maintenance and improvement of Village streets and right-of-ways and the Final Engineering Design costs of Rodenburg Rd.

Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Request for Expenditure/Authorization of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Village Motor Fuel Tax and Rebuild Illinois Expenditures in 2022.

Adopt an Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Resolution allowing the Village of Roselle to perform work in right-of-ways under the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois.
