Anyone wishing to provide comment on a topic or an agenda item may address the Village Board during the "Public Comment" and "Public Hearing" segments of the Village Board agenda by submitting comments in advance using the ONLINE FORM or during the meeting.

  •  Submit comments using the ONLINE FORM by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023.
  • Public comments will be read into the record during the Public Comment segment of the Village Board meeting during either the Unfinished Business or New Business portions of the meeting.
  • Make comments during the meeting by attending in person at Roselle Village Hall.  Persons wanting to make comments during the meeting are strongly encouraged to contact the Village in advance at ROSELLE@ROSELLE.IL.US or 630-671-2801.
  • Comments will be limited to three minutes per person
  • On May 8, 2023, the Board of Trustees adopted a Civility Pledge resolution, declaring a commitment to civil discourse, honesty and mutual respect:

CONSENT AGENDA

All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine, procedural, informational, self-explanatory, or non-controversial in nature and will be enacted in one motion.  There will be no discussion of these items.
8.A.

Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an intergovernmental agreement by and between the Village of Roselle and the Roselle Park District.

8.B.

Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding by and between the Village of Roselle and Metropolitan Alliance of Police, Chapter #258.

8.C.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for Phase I Design Engineering Services for the Irving Park Road Multi-Use Path and Pedestrian Bridge between the Village of Roselle and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. in the amount of $198,335.

8.D.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for Design Engineering Services for the 2024 Watermain Replacement Program between the Village of Roselle and Engineering Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $113,176.

8.E.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2023 Sidewalk Replacement and Utility Dig Up Program between the Village of Roselle and Schroeder and Schroeder Inc. for the additional work in the amount of $77,018.75.

8.F.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract between the Village of Roselle and Marc Kresmery Construction LLC for purchase and installation of two influent clarifier gates at the Botterman Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $45,995.00.
