Solicitors in Roselle are required to obtain a permit issued by the Village Clerk's office. A solicitor may not solicit at any residence displaying a “No Solicitors Invited” sign and must immediately leave the premises. A solicitor may only solicit during the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm weekdays and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm weekends. Any resident observing a solicitor working outside of these requirements should call 9-1-1.
