The Village of Roselle offers an automatic water billing payment plan. The auto-debit program is a convenience to water/sewer customers. Participants of this program have the amount due on their water bill automatically debited from their bank account on the sixth of each month. This eliminates the need for writing checks and the cost of postage, as well as the possibility of an inadvertent late payment and penalty charges. To sign up for this convenient program, residents and download the Direct Debit Form and return it to the Finance Department at Village Hall.
Voter Registration can be done at the Roselle Public Library (40 S. Park St., Roselle), the Schaumburg Public Library (130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg), the Bloomingdale Township offices (123 Rosedale Rd., Bloomingdale) or the Schaumburg Township offices (1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates). Two forms of identification are required - one must have your current address. Voter registration is also available online via the Illinois State Board of Elections' Illinois Online Voter Application website. To register online, be prepared to provide your Illinois Drivers License or Illinois State ID number, the date the license or ID was issued, the last four digits of your social security number, and your birth date.

Plowing may be suspended between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., depending on the severity of the snow event. Public Works crews aim to have all streets and cul-de-sacs cleared within a day after the snow stops falling.
Please keep in mind that the shoveling, dumping, plowing and blowing of snow onto streets and public sidewalks is a violation of local ordinances. Shoveling snow with the direction of traffic will help reduce the amount of snow plowed back onto driveway aprons. Snow Plow Condition Report Form
