How can I obtain a copy of a traffic crash report?
Copies of basic Traffic Crash reports can be requested at the Police Department Records Division or online using (additional convenience fee may apply). There is a $5.00 charge for each copy.
In order to obtain a report without the use of a FOIA form, the requesting party must be either directly involved (Driver, Vehicle or Property owner) or an insurance co. representing a directly involved party.
